Ingredients

  • 2 Vanilla pudding packets (3.4oz packets)
  • 4 cup Cold whole milk
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Heavy cream (cold, to be whipped)
  • 0.33 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (for whipped cream)
  • 3 Bananas (large, sliced)
  • 13.4 oz Biscoff cookie butter (1 jar)
  • 1.5 packet Biscoff cookies
  • 2 cup Vanilla wafers
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • Caramel (for drizzle)

Steps

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine one can of sweetened condensed milk with the cold whole milk.

  2. 2

Whisk the milk mixture until fully combined.

  3. 3

Add two packets of vanilla pudding mix to the same bowl and mix until smooth.

  4. 4

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 25 minutes to allow the pudding to set.

  5. 5

In a separate large bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  6. 6

Whip the cream mixture until stiff peaks form.

  7. 7

Remove the pudding mixture from the refrigerator. Add the cinnamon (if using).

  8. 8

Fold in the whipped cream a little at a time until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

  9. 9

In a large serving dish, line the bottom with a mix of Biscoff cookies and vanilla wafers.

  10. 10

Add a layer of the pudding mixture, spreading it evenly over the cookies.

  11. 11

Top with sliced bananas, crushed cookies, and a drizzle of Biscoff spread (cookie butter).

  12. 12

Repeat the layers (cookies, pudding, bananas, crushed cookies, Biscoff drizzle).

  13. 13

Finish with the remaining pudding on top.

  14. 14

Drizzle more Biscoff spread over the top and use a knife or spoon to create gentle swirls.

  15. 15

Cover and refrigerate overnight for the best flavor and texture.

  16. 16

Before serving, top with the remaining crushed cookies, a few whole cookies, and a caramel drizzle.

Notes

Refrigerating overnight is highly recommended as it allows the cookies to soften into a cake-like texture and the flavors to meld.
