Ingredients
- 2 cup raw cashews (Soak for 1–2 hours, then drain before blending.)
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1.25 cup oat milk (Use any unsweetened oat milk or preferred unsweetened plant-based milk.)
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh chives (Finely chopped.)
- salt (Add to taste.)
Steps
- 1
Soak the raw cashews in water for 1–2 hours. Drain them thoroughly before using.
- 2
Add the soaked, drained cashews, granulated garlic, onion powder, oat milk, dried dill, dried parsley, chopped fresh chives, and salt to a blender.
- 3
Blend until completely creamy and smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed. Adjust the consistency by adding more unsweetened plant-based milk for a thinner dip or dressing.
- 4
Taste and adjust the salt if necessary, then serve and enjoy.
Notes
For a ranch dressing rather than a dip, add a little extra oat milk or another preferred unsweetened plant-based milk. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container.
