- 10 oz shredded carrots (1 bag)
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz white cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed for easier melting)
