Ingredients

  • 300 g silken tofu (can be steamed briefly to remove raw soy taste if sensitive)
  • 175 g milk (heated to dissolve gelatin)
  • 45 g black sesame paste (or black sesame powder)
  • 25 g honey
  • 12 g gelatin powder

Steps

  1. 1

If you are sensitive to the raw taste of soy, briefly steam the 300g of silken tofu in an electric cooker or steamer before starting.

  2. 2

Heat the 175g of milk until hot. Add 12g of gelatin powder to the hot milk and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.

  3. 3

Place the silken tofu, the milk and gelatin mixture, 45g of black sesame paste (or powder), and 25g of honey into a blender or food processor.

  4. 4

Blend all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and silky.

  5. 5

Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving bowls.

  6. 6

Place the molds in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours until the pudding is fully set.
