- 1 can crushed tomatoes (can use fresh tomatoes, blended instead)
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- sugar (a pinch, optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil (optional)
