Ingredients
Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 8 oz of cool whip. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Add a small amount of blue food coloring to the mixture and stir. Continue adding food coloring a little at a time until you reach your desired shade of blue.
Chop approximately 15 Oreos and 8 oz of edible cookie dough into small, bite-sized pieces.
Add the chopped Oreos and cookie dough pieces to the blue cream cheese mixture. Stir until the mix-ins are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Drizzle a small amount of cold hot fudge over the top of the dip.
Gently stir the fudge into the dip, being careful not to over-mix so that you maintain visible swirls of chocolate.
Top the finished dip with a few additional pieces of chopped Oreos and cookie dough for presentation.
Notes
Serve this dip with pretzels, graham crackers, waffle cone pieces, or even more Oreos. If you prefer a natural look, you can omit the blue food coloring entirely.
