Ingredients

  • 2 枚 Hanpen
  • 6 本 Imitation crab sticks
  • 40 g Shredded pizza cheese
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Chicken bouillon powder
  • 2 本 Green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 4 枚 Rice paper wrappers
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

Arrange the imitation crab sticks on a cutting board. Press chopsticks against them and move them back and forth to shred them.

  2. 2

Place the shredded imitation crab, hanpen, shredded pizza cheese, mayonnaise, chicken bouillon powder, and green onions in a resealable bag.

  3. 3

Firmly knead the mixture through the bag until everything is well combined.

  4. 4

Dip 1 rice paper wrapper in water to soften it, then place it on a cutting board.

  5. 5

Cut off the corner of the resealable bag and squeeze out one-fourth of the filling onto the rice paper.

  6. 6

Roll the rice paper from the front edge toward the far edge.

  7. 7

Coil the rolled rice paper into a spiral, starting from one end. Repeat the same process to make the remaining 3 spirals.

  8. 8

Coat a frying pan with the vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat.

  9. 9

Arrange the spirals in the frying pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, they are ready to serve.
