Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C) (175°C (350 °F)).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Set the bottom half in a baking dish.
Layer the deli turkey evenly over the bottom rolls.
Layer the pepperoni over the turkey.
Layer the salami over the pepperoni.
Arrange the provolone slices over the deli meats.
Leave the tops off and bake the bottom half uncovered for 10 minutes.
Remove the sliders from the oven and place the roll tops back on.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Sprinkle the tops with parsley flakes.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for another 10 minutes at 350°F (180 °C) (175°C (350 °F)).
While the sliders bake, stir together the mayonnaise, sliced pepperoncini and some of its juice, red wine vinegar, and thinly sliced onion in a bowl.
Add the freshly grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the bowl and mix to combine.
Fold in the shredded iceberg lettuce until it is evenly coated with the dressing.
When the sliders come out of the oven, remove the top buns. If the melted cheese has stuck to them, remove the connected bottom portion as described in the video so the salad can be added.
Add the grinder salad mixture to the sliders, replace the tops, slice into individual sliders, and serve.
Notes
The source does not specify the bag size for the shredded lettuce or a quantity for parsley flakes. The video mentions serving with favorite chips.
