Japanese Yogurt Cheesecake Tiramisu-Style

- 130 g Greek yogurt 0% (0% fat)
- 30 g Light cream cheese (light cream cheese spread)
- 1 shot Vanilla extract (or vanilla drops)
- 20 g Biscuits (vanilla biscuits, broken into pieces)
- Coffee (cooled; for dipping)
- 3 g Cocoa powder (for dusting)

In a small bowl, combine 130g of 0% Greek yogurt, 30g of light cream cheese, and one shot of vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Prepare a small amount of coffee and let it cool. If you don't like coffee, you can substitute with chocolate milk or tea.

Quickly dip the biscuits (about 20g total) into the cooled coffee.

Place a layer of the coffee-soaked biscuits at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

Top the biscuits with the yogurt and cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top.

Finish by dusting 3g of cocoa powder over the top of the cheesecake layer.
Notes
The author used mini vanilla biscuits (3.3g each) from Thailand, but recommends using any low-calorie biscuit from the supermarket broken into pieces. For a caffeine-free version, use chocolate milk or tea to soak the biscuits. Total macros: 185 kcal, 20g carbs, 17g protein, 3g fat.
