Ingredients

  • 130 g Greek yogurt 0% (0% fat)
  • 30 g Light cream cheese (light cream cheese spread)
  • 1 shot Vanilla extract (or vanilla drops)
  • 20 g Biscuits (vanilla biscuits, broken into pieces)
  • Coffee (cooled; for dipping)
  • 3 g Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Steps

  1. 1

In a small bowl, combine 130g of 0% Greek yogurt, 30g of light cream cheese, and one shot of vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  2. 2

Prepare a small amount of coffee and let it cool. If you don't like coffee, you can substitute with chocolate milk or tea.

  3. 3

Quickly dip the biscuits (about 20g total) into the cooled coffee.

  4. 4

Place a layer of the coffee-soaked biscuits at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

  5. 5

Top the biscuits with the yogurt and cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top.

  6. 6

Finish by dusting 3g of cocoa powder over the top of the cheesecake layer.
