Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, rolled out)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3 garlic (cloves, minced (or use a generous amount of garlic powder))
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (dried)
  • 1.5 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet into a large rectangle or oval.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.

  4. 4

Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.

  5. 5

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese over the top of the buttered dough.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown and toasty.

  7. 7

Remove from the oven, let it rest for a minute, then slice into strips or squares and serve warm.

Notes

The creator mentions this is a huge hit and very simple. For the best results, ensure the dough is rolled to an even thickness so it bakes uniformly.
