Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Batter Oats
A rich, high-protein breakfast that tastes like Reese's cake batter. These overnight oats feature a chocolate brownie base with a peanut butter swirl and a snappy chocolate shell.

Ingredients
- 50 g oat flour
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 25 g chocolate vegan protein powder
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 5 g chia seeds
- 100 ml milk or water
- 20 g dark chocolate (sugar free recommended; up to 25g)
- peanut butter (one dollop for the top plus more for swirling)

In a bowl or jar, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds, and milk or water.

Mix thoroughly until well combined and place in the fridge to thicken for 2 to 4 hours.

Once the oats have thickened, add a dollop of peanut butter to the center of the top.

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the oats to form a shell, then swirl in additional peanut butter for the topping.

Place the bowl back in the fridge until the chocolate shell is set, or leave overnight before enjoying.
Notes
The author suggests using sugar-free dark chocolate for the topping. Total time includes the minimum 4-hour chilling period.
