Steps

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- 5
Add a few drops of olive oil and spread them over the entire surface of the pan.
- 6
Pour a small amount of the mixture into the pan and spread it into a thin layer.
- 7
Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, until the surface looks set and the edges begin to pull away from the pan.
- 8
Carefully flip it using a wide spatula.
- 9
Cook for 1-2 minutes more, until the crepe is fully cooked and remains flexible and soft.
- 10
Repeat the process with the remaining mixture, adding more oil if the pan needs it.
- 11
Fill the crepes with the shredded chicken, avocado, spinach, and fresh cheese, or use any filling you prefer.
