Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 510 g before cooking, which is about 100 g per serving.
Steps
Place the mozzarella pearls in a large jar or glass container.
Add the drained, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, parsley, torn basil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to the container.
Pour in the extra-virgin olive oil. Gently stir or shake the container to coat everything.
Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The mozzarella is best after 4–24 hours of marinating.
Before serving, bring the marinated mozzarella to room temperature. Spoon it into a bowl and serve with crusty Italian bread or crostini, or include it on a cheese board.
Notes
Store refrigerated for up to 3–4 days. Bring to room temperature before serving. Serves 4–6; estimated as 5 servings. Nutritional values are estimates and depend on the mozzarella and optional parsley choice.
