Wraps and Assembly

Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.84 kg before cooking, which is about 305 g per serving.

Steps

Beef Mixture

  1. Dice the yellow onion and bell peppers, mince the garlic, and chop parsley. Set the prepared ingredients aside.

  2. Heat the 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

  4. Add the ground beef, break it up in the pan, cover, and cook until browned, ideally 3–4 minutes.

  5. Add the aromatic chilli seasoning, Italian Aromat seasoning, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic granules, tomato paste, chopped bell peppers, and ½ cup water. Mix everything together.

  6. Simmer uncovered for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has reduced and the beef mixture is no longer watery.

  7. Remove the beef mixture from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.

Cheeseburger Sauce

  1. For the sauce, add the Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic granules, ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, honey, chopped parsley, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to a bowl.

  2. Stir the sauce ingredients together until smooth, then refrigerate until ready to use.

Assembling Your Wraps

  1. Lay out the tortillas. Spread 1 tablespoon of cheeseburger sauce around the outer region of each tortilla.

  2. Add beef mixture to each tortilla, followed by mozzarella cheese. Top with another ½ tablespoon of sauce.

  3. Fold each tortilla neatly into a wrap.

  4. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and gently press them with a spatula.

  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Turn as needed so all sides toast and the cheese melts.

  7. Remove the wraps from the pan and let them rest for 1–2 minutes.

  8. Slice each wrap in half and serve hot with extra cheeseburger sauce.

Notes

The source does not specify the number or size of tortillas, the quantity of cheese, or the amount of oil for toasting, so adjust these to the desired number of wraps. The visible video text identifies grated mozzarella. Seasoning brand or composition is not specified.
