No-Bake 3-Ingredient Coconut Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 banana (Use a ripe banana; edible portion, peeled.)
- 60 g shredded coconut (Unsweetened coconut; reserve additional coconut only if coating the truffles.)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
