Ingredients
- 2 cup grapes (frozen)
- 1 lemon juice (juice of one fresh lemon)
- 4 tbsp water
- Tajín (low sodium, for serving)
- chamoy (sweetened with monk fruit, for serving)
- gummies (sugar-free, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Place the 2 cups of frozen grapes in the jar of a high-power blender or food processor.
- 2
Add the lemon juice and the 4 tbsp of water to the blender.
- 3
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency similar to sorbet.
- 4
Serve the grape sorbet immediately in a bowl.
- 5
Garnish to taste with a bit of low-sodium Tajín, monk fruit sweetened chamoy, and sugar-free gummies.
Notes
For best results, make sure the grapes are completely frozen before blending. If your blender has trouble processing the frozen fruit, you can let the grapes sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before starting or add an extra tablespoon of water.
