Ingredients

  • 500 ml Sprite (one small bottle)
  • 2 Black tea bags
  • 1 Lemon (optional; for juice and slices)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Steps

  1. 1

Open the 500ml bottle of Sprite and take a small sip or pour a little out to create enough headspace for the tea bags.

  2. 2

Insert two black tea bags directly into the bottle, leaving the strings hanging out or tucking them in before closing the lid tightly.

  3. 3

Place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For better infusion, turn the bottle upside down or let it sit for 2-3 hours until the liquid turns a deep tea-brown color.

  4. 4

Optional: Prepare a glass by squeezing in fresh lemon juice and adding ice cubes and a lemon slice.

  5. 5

Pour the chilled tea-infused Sprite into the prepared glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a more intense tea flavor, you can let the bottle infuse in the refrigerator overnight. You can also substitute Sprite Zero if you prefer a sugar-free version.
