Ingredients
- 220 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard (The author uses honey mustard.)
- 1 tsp sriracha (Adjust the amount according to your preferred level of heat.)
- 2 pickles (Small; finely dice.)
- 3 tbsp crispy fried onions
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp chili
- salt (To taste; approximately 1 g.)
- pepper (To taste; approximately 0.5 g.)
Steps
- 1
Finely dice the pickles so they are evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
- 2
Place the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sriracha, diced pickles, crispy fried onions, smoked paprika, and chili in a bowl.
- 3
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- 4
For the best-blended flavors and an even creamier consistency, cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for about 2 hours.
- 5
You can also serve the sauce immediately if you want to preserve the pronounced crunch of the crispy fried onions. Serve with burgers, grilled dishes, nuggets, fries, roasted potatoes, tortillas, or sandwiches.
Notes
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it within 2–3 days, preferably. Longer refrigeration will soften the crispy fried onions but deepen the flavor of the sauce.
