- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (For the Caesar dressing)
- salt (To taste, for the Caesar dressing)
- 1 tsp black pepper (For the Caesar dressing)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (For the Caesar dressing)
- 1 clove fresh garlic (Grated, for the Caesar dressing)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (For the Caesar dressing)
- 0.333 cup Parmesan cheese (Grated, for the Caesar dressing)
- 2 tbsp water (Source states 2–3 tbsp; add enough to thin the dressing)
- 2 cups lettuce (Finely chopped and dried)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated, for the Caesar salad)
- 0.5 cup croutons (For the Caesar salad)
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing (Prepared dressing, for the Caesar salad mixture)
- 4 large tortilla wraps (For assembly)
- 4 tbsp oil (For warming and crisping the wraps)
Steps
- 1
Season the cubed chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika powder. Add the 2 tablespoons of oil and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate for 1–2 hours.
- 2
Heat some additional oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and sauté over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, until fully cooked.
- 4
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, grated garlic, olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese for the Caesar dressing. Mix well.
- 5
Add 2–3 tablespoons of water to the dressing, adding enough to thin it to the desired consistency, and mix again.
- 6
In a bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, croutons, cooked chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing.
- 7
Mix the salad mixture well to combine. Chop the mixture with a pizza cutter until finely chopped.
- 8
Place one tortilla wrap on a flat surface and add a portion of the chopped chicken Caesar mixture. Close the wrap.
- 9
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add some of the remaining oil.
- 10
Place the wrap in the pan and warm it on both sides until both sides are golden and crispy. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
- 11
Serve the wraps warm with Caesar dressing on the side.
Notes
The source does not specify the exact amount of additional oil used to cook the chicken. Reserve the remaining oil for pan-crisping the wraps. The recipe uses 1/2 cup of the prepared dressing in the salad and serves additional dressing on the side.
