Ingredients
- 2 Bananas (peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch rounds)
- 0.25 cup Cookie butter (such as Biscoff spread)
- 0.25 cup Granola (any variety, for topping)
Steps
- 1
Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds approximately 1/2-inch thick.
- 2
Place the banana rounds on a serving plate or a parchment-lined tray.
- 3
Top each banana slice with a small dollop (about 1/2 teaspoon) of cookie butter.
- 4
Sprinkle the granola over the cookie butter on each slice, pressing down slightly so it adheres.
- 5
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
For a frozen treat, place the assembled bites in the freezer for 1-2 hours. You can substitute almond butter or peanut butter if cookie butter is unavailable.
