Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 730 g before cooking, which is about 730 g per serving.
Steps
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and corn, and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Add the eggs to the boiling water during the last 6-7 minutes of cooking for a soft-to-medium boil.
Add the shrimp to the boiling water during the final 2-3 minutes, cooking just until they turn pink and opaque. Drain everything and set aside.
In a large skillet or pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the Old Bay seasoning, onion powder, and cayenne pepper into the melted butter.
Add the cooked shrimp, corn, potatoes, and peeled eggs to the skillet. Toss thoroughly to coat everything in the spicy butter sauce.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the boil before serving.
Notes
Quantities for seasonings and butter are estimated based on typical single-serving seafood boil preparations shown in the video. Adjust cayenne pepper to your preferred spice level.
