Ingredients
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream powder
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
- 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup of heavy cream powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 2
Whisk the ingredients together thoroughly until the mixture is uniform in color and no large clumps remain.
- 3
Transfer the dry mix into an airtight jar or container for long-term pantry storage.
- 4
To serve, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the mix to a mug.
- 5
Pour 8 ounces of hot water over the mix and stir until completely dissolved and creamy.
Notes
This mix is completely shelf-stable due to the use of heavy cream powder. For an extra rich version, you can still use hot milk, but it is designed to be creamy with just water.
