- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 cup cold water (for preparation)
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, for an extra rich sauce)

In a medium bowl or jar, combine the heavy cream powder, whole milk powder, Parmesan cheese powder, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley (if using), and black pepper.

To make the sauce, measure out 1/2 cup of the prepared Alfredo sauce mix.
- 4
In a small saucepan, whisk together the 1/2 cup of mix with 1 1/2 cups of cold water until smooth.
- 5
Place the saucepan over medium heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency.
- 6
For an extra rich finish, stir in 1 tablespoon of butter just before serving over your favorite pasta.
