Ingredients
- 1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
- 2 cup white rice (cooked)
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 0.5 onion (medium, diced)
- 3 garlic (cloves, minced)
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese (shredded)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- garlic powder (to taste)
- onion powder (to taste)
- paprika (to taste)

Cook the white rice according to the package directions. Set aside.

In a large skillet or pan, cook the diced onion for 3–4 minutes until softened.
