- 15 g PB Party protein cookie butter powder (For the ice cream base.)
- 8 g Sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix (For the ice cream base.)
- 5 g Zero-calorie sweetener (Use the sweetener of your choice.)
- Sea salt (A pinch, for the ice cream base.)
- 45 g Vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
- 45 g PB Party protein cookie butter powder (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
- 25 g Coconut flour (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
- 4 g Zero-calorie sweetener (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
- Sea salt (A pinch, for the cookie dough bites.)
- 115 g Plain nonfat Greek yogurt (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
- 30 g Mini chocolate chips (For the protein cookie dough bites.)
Steps
- 1
Add the fat-free milk, almond milk, butter extract, 30 g protein powder, 15 g cookie-butter powder, pudding mix, sweetener, and a pinch of sea salt to a Ninja Creami pint. Blend with a small hand blender or milk frother until completely smooth and no dry pockets remain.
- 2
Place the uncovered or properly lidded Creami pint in the freezer and freeze until solid, preferably overnight. The mixture must be fully frozen before processing.
- 3
To make the cookie dough bites, add the 45 g protein powder, 45 g cookie-butter powder, coconut flour, sweetener, and a pinch of sea salt to a bowl. Stir the dry ingredients thoroughly to break up clumps.
- 4
Add the Greek yogurt and a small splash of butter extract to the dry mixture. Stir with a spoon until the mixture resembles a crumbly dough.
- 5
Use your hands to press and knead the mixture together into a dough ball. Add the mini chocolate chips and mix them evenly through the dough.
- 6
Place the dough in the freezer until it cools and becomes less sticky to the touch.
- 7
Pull off very small pieces of the chilled dough and roll them into tiny cookie dough balls, making approximately 75 bites. Transfer the finished bites to the refrigerator until needed.
- 8
When the Creami pint is frozen, let it stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or briefly run warm water around the outside edges of the pint for about 1 minute to help it release slightly.
- 9
Install the pint in the Ninja Creami and run the Lite Ice Cream function. The processed ice cream should be smooth and scoopable.
- 10
Make a small well in the center of the processed ice cream. Add the desired cookie dough bites and any remaining chocolate chip mix-ins to the well.
- 11
Return the pint to the machine and run the Mix-In function. Process only until the cookie dough bites and chocolate chips are distributed throughout.
- 12
Serve immediately and enjoy.
