- 300 g Cooked octopus (sliced)
- 250 g Cooked prawns (peeled and finely chopped)
- 0.5 Red onion (very finely chopped)
- 0.5 Green bell pepper (very finely chopped)
- 0.5 Red bell pepper (very finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (a generous drizzle)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar (to taste)
- Salt (a pinch to taste)

Very finely chop the red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.

Peel the cooked prawns and chop them into very small pieces.

Cut the cooked octopus into slices.

Place the chopped vegetables, prawns, and octopus in a large bowl to mix easily.

Add a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Incorporate the vinegar to taste and a pinch of salt.

Mix all the ingredients well to integrate the flavors and the dressing.
Notes
It is recommended to prepare in advance and let it rest in the refrigerator so the flavors meld together and the dish is well chilled when serving. Some suggest adding beans or paprika to vary the flavor.
