Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 2.85 kg before cooking, which is about 475 g per serving.
Steps
Brown the ground beef in a pan on the stovetop. Drain off the excess grease.
Add the tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, smoked paprika (or regular paprika), onion powder (or the diced half onion), black pepper, salt, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, browned beef, and gnocchi to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on high for around 1 hour, or on low for 2–3 hours.
When cooking is complete, add the shredded cheese and heavy whipping cream. Stir thoroughly until combined.
Serve the Hamburger Helper gnocchi.
Notes
The creator says the onion powder can be replaced with half a diced onion, and smoked paprika can be replaced with regular paprika. Gnocchi may be shelf-stable, frozen, or refrigerated. The transcript does not specify the cheese variety or serving size; yield is estimated. It also does not give detailed slow-cooker temperature settings beyond high/low.
