- 1 green onions (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp togarashi (Japanese chili pepper blend)
- 0.5 tsp sesame seeds
