  • 1 ripe avocado (pitted and peeled)
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (diced)
  • 0.25 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 2.5 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped; approximately 2-3 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • paprika (to taste)
  • Everything but the Bagel seasoning (optional topping)
  • hot sauce (optional topping)
  • 2 slice bread (toasted; or a bagel)
