Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 910 g before cooking, which is about 230 g per serving.
Steps
In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts with olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the seasoned chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet (or a clean one), melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Whisk in the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually pour in the heavy cream.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Simmer the sauce gently until it thickens.
Taste the sauce and add salt as needed. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Combine the sautéed chicken with the Alfredo sauce. Place the mixture into large flour tortillas and roll them into burritos.
Optional: Sear the outside of the burrito in a hot pan for a few seconds on each side until crispy.
Notes
The source provides a detailed ingredient list but the assembly steps are inferred from the dish title and common preparation methods for Alfredo wraps. For a truly 'crispy' finish as the title suggests, pan-sear the assembled burrito.
