Ingredients
- 0.5 cup paprika
- 0.25 cup Kosher salt (finely ground)
- 0.25 cup sugar (granulated)
- 2 tbsp mustard powder
- 0.25 cup chili powder
- 0.25 cup ground cumin
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.25 cup granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp cayenne

Notes
Store in a covered jar or air-tight container for up to 1 year. To make it hotter and spicier, increase the mustard powder and black pepper to 1/4 cup each. This blend makes approximately 2 cups total.
