Ingredients
Steps
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230 °C) (230°C (450 °F)).
Take a small portion of pizza dough. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the work surface to help prevent sticking.
Press down into the center of the dough rather than stretching it like a regular pizza, leaving a thick crust around the edge to form a small bowl.
Place the dough bowl on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Put pre-cooked penne pasta in the center of the dough bowl.
Warm the frozen grilled chicken strips briefly in the microwave so they are no longer frozen.
Put the warmed chicken strips on top of the pasta, then press the filling down into the bread bowl.
Spoon the Alfredo sauce over the filling.
Bake at 450°F (230 °C) (230°C (450 °F)) for about 10–15 minutes.
Stir together a little oil and garlic to make the garlic-oil drizzle. Drizzle it over the crust after the bread bowl comes out of the oven.
Notes
The transcript provides no exact quantities for the dough, filling, sauce, oil, or garlic. It mentions that the author has a pizza-dough recipe pinned on her page, but that recipe is not included in the supplied source.
