Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 fresh chilli (Chopped or diced)
- 1 cauliflower (Whole, grated)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fenugreek
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter (For brushing the cooked parathas)
Steps
- 1
Put the flour in a bowl. Gradually add the water, kneading by hand for 5–10 minutes to form the dough.
- 2
Chop the fresh chilli into small pieces.
- 3
Grate the cauliflower into a bowl. Add the chopped chilli, garam masala, paprika, fenugreek and salt, then mix together.
- 4
Divide the dough into balls and roll each one out.
- 5
Place about 3–4 tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture on each rolled-out piece of dough. Pinch and fold the dough around the filling to enclose it.
- 6
Gently roll out each filled paratha.
- 7
Cook the parathas in a pan over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Brush with butter.
