Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp Hot honey
  • 2 Garlic (cloves, minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-incorporated.

  2. 2

Add the hot honey and minced garlic to the base mixture.

  3. 3

Stir in the chopped fresh chives, fresh dill, dried parsley, and onion powder.

  4. 4

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

Whisk everything together until the honey is fully integrated and the herbs are evenly distributed.

  6. 6

For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the garlic and honey flavors to meld.

Notes

If you prefer a thinner consistency for a dressing, add an extra tablespoon of buttermilk. For a thicker dip, reduce the buttermilk or increase the sour cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
