Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Oats (Rolled or old-fashioned oats work best)
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt (Greek or plain yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (Optional)
  • 0.5 Banana (Sliced)
  • 2 Dates (Pitted and chopped)
  • 0.25 cup Berries (Fresh or frozen)
  • 0.75 cup Milk (Adjust quantity to reach desired consistency)

Steps

    In a jar or container, add the oats and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.

    Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (if using).

    Add the sliced banana, chopped dates, and berries to the container.

    Pour in the milk until the ingredients are covered and mix everything thoroughly.

    Seal the container and place it in the fridge overnight.

    Serve cold the next morning for Sehri.

Notes
