Ingredients
- 250 g self raising flour
- 200 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 0.25 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, add the 250g of self raising flour and 200g of Greek yoghurt.
- 2
Mix the flour and yoghurt together until it starts to come together.
- 3
Use your hands to knead the dough until it is smooth.
- 4
Roll the dough into 12 even-sized balls.
- 5
Place the balls in the air fryer and cook at 180°C (350°F) for 7-9 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- 6
Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and cover each donut hole in melted butter.
- 7
Roll the buttered donut holes in cinnamon sugar until well coated.
Notes
If the dough is too sticky, add a small amount of extra flour. Ensure the air fryer is not overcrowded so the donut holes cook evenly.
