5 Ingredient No Bake Weetbix Cups
A simple and delicious no-bake sweet treat that turns crushed Weetbix cereal into crunchy, peanut butter-filled chocolate cups.

- 6 Weetbix (crushed)
- 0.33 cup honey (or sweetener of choice)
- 0.5 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 0.33 cup dark chocolate chips (or chocolate of choice)
- flaky sea salt (a pinch)

To a bowl add the 6 Weetbix and crush them up thoroughly.

Add in the 1/3 cup honey and 1/2 cup peanut butter to the crushed cereal and mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture evenly across 6 silicone muffin moulds, pressing down to form a base.

Melt the 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.

Spread the melted chocolate evenly on top of the Weetbix mixture in each mould.

Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the chocolate.

Place the moulds in the freezer for 1 hour to allow the cups to set.

Once set, remove from the moulds and enjoy. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use Oatibix or a gluten-free wheat biscuit alternative. You can substitute the peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter if preferred.
