Mini Muffin Mix Dump Cakes
An incredibly easy 3-ingredient dessert made in a loaf pan that tastes like a cross between a cobbler and a dump cake. Use different combinations of pie filling and muffin mix for endless flavor variations.

Ingredients
- 1 can Pie filling (Cherry, Strawberry, Blueberry, or Lemon)
- 1 package Muffin mix (Chocolate, Banana Nut, Lemon Poppy Seed, or Blueberry)
- 6 tbsp Unsalted butter (Sliced into pats)
- Vanilla ice cream (For serving)
Steps

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.

Spread 1 can of your chosen pie filling evenly into the bottom of the greased loaf pan.

Sprinkle 1 package of muffin mix evenly over the top of the pie filling. Do not stir.

Slice 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter into thin pats and place them across the top of the muffin mix, covering as much surface area as possible.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit filling is bubbly.

Serve warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
