Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 240 g before cooking, which is about 40 g per serving.
Steps
Unwrap the mini Swiss rolls and place them on a clean work surface or serving plate.
Break the pretzel sticks into small, even pieces to serve as the snail's antennae.
Using a small amount of melted chocolate as glue, attach two candy eyes to the front end of each Swiss roll.
Insert two pretzel stick pieces just behind the eyes to create the antennae.
Place a chocolate candy on the top or back of the roll to represent the snail's shell, securing with melted chocolate if necessary.
Notes
These are best assembled shortly before serving to ensure the pretzels stay crunchy. You can use different flavored Swiss rolls for a variety of snail 'colors'.
