Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 495 g before cooking, which is about 60 g per serving.
Steps
Combine the unsweetened nut milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir gently to combine and warm the mixture, taking care not to let it boil.
Once the mixture is warm, add the powdered allulose and stir until it has completely dissolved. Adjust the sweetness to your preference if needed.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Add the collagen powder and whisk vigorously until completely incorporated.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the creamer into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Let it cool completely before sealing.
Notes
For iced coffee, shake the creamer well before using. The source also suggests flavor variations: stronger vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, pumpkin spice, cinnamon vanilla, or salted caramel. The structured instructions repeat the cooling instruction; it is included once here.
