Ingredients
- 0.5 cup garlic (minced)
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.333 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 lb rainbow noodles
Steps
- 1
Cook your noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- 2
In a pan over low-medium heat, cook the minced garlic in the butter and olive oil until it is just before browning, which should take just a few minutes.
- 3
Add the chopped parsley to the pan and stir for 1 minute.
- 4
Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and stir for another minute. Alternatively, you can leave the tomatoes uncooked and use them as a garnish at the end.
- 5
Drizzle the garlic and oil sauce over a plate of the cooked rainbow noodles.
- 6
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy.
Notes
This powerfully garlicy pasta is perfect for keeping vampires at bay. The savory warm oil works great as a simple sauce over fun colorful noodles. If you cannot find rainbow noodles, any colorful pasta or standard noodles will work.
