- 16 oz Cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Apples (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- 3
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- 4
Pour the cheesecake batter into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- 5
In a separate bowl, toss the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- 6
Arrange the apple slices on top of the cheesecake batter in a decorative pattern.
- 7
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still has a slight jiggle.
- 8
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the batter. Serve chilled.
