Ingredients
- 1 paquete instant ramen (including the seasoning and sauce packets)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 cup noodle cooking water (reserved from cooking the noodles)
- 1 egg (fried, for garnish)
- 1 tsp chili oil (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp scallions (chopped, for garnish)

Start by cooking the ramen noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions.

While the noodles are cooking, add the ramen sauce packet and seasoning to a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, egg yolk, and a bit of soy sauce to the bowl with the seasoning.

Whisk the mixture well until completely combined and smooth.

Once the noodles are ready, pour some of the hot noodle cooking water into the bowl and mix to create a creamy broth.

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the broth.

Finish the dish by topping it with a fried egg, a drizzle of chili oil, and chopped scallions.
