High-Protein Greek Yogurt Brownie

- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- brown sugar (to taste)
- vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large mixing bowl, mix the 500g of Greek yogurt with the brown sugar until combined.

Add the 2 eggs and a splash of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of baking powder last, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Notes
For better results, some users suggest adding a small amount of almond flour to help the structure set, as Greek yogurt-only brownies can be very soft. The nutrition provided by the author (600 kcal, 45g protein) is for the entire recipe.
