  • 1 packet Chicken chops (thigh chops)
  • 3 Onions (onions)
  • 6.5 Potatoes (6-7 potatoes)
  • 4.5 tbsp Vegetable oil (for seasoning the vegetables)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste (tomato paste)
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil (half a tea glass)
  • 1 cup Milk (1 tea glass)
  • Red pepper powder (to taste; red pepper powder)
  • Black pepper (to taste; black pepper)
  • Thyme (to taste; thyme)
  • Salt (to taste; salt)

Steps

    Place the sliced potatoes and onions onto a large baking tray.

    Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and herbs, then add 4.5 tbsp of vegetable oil and mix everything together thoroughly.

    Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly across the tray and arrange the chicken chops on top of them.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the tomato paste, half a tea glass of vegetable oil, one tea glass of milk, red pepper powder, black pepper, thyme, and salt to create the sauce.

    Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken pieces, spreading it well to ensure they are fully coated.

    Place the tray in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) and bake until the chicken and vegetables are golden brown and fully cooked.

Notes
