Stir all the ingredients together until the potatoes are well coated with the cheese and seasonings.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the sauce is creamy.
- 7
Give the potatoes a final stir before serving to ensure the melted cheese is evenly distributed.
Notes
You can use red or yellow baby potatoes for this recipe. If the sauce is too thick at the end of cooking, you can stir in a splash of milk or heavy cream to reach your desired consistency.
