Ingredients
- 40 g Oat flour
- 30 g Vanilla protein powder (For the base)
- 250 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 30 g Protein powder (For the chocolate ganache)
- 10 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sweetener (To taste; a calorie-free sweetener is assumed)
- 2.5 tbsp Hot water (Add gradually; between 2 and 3 tablespoons may be used, depending on the texture)
Steps
- 1
Prepare the base by mixing the oat flour, 30 g of vanilla protein powder, and 0% Greek yogurt in a bowl. Stir until completely smooth and uniform.
- 2
Divide the oat mixture between two small glasses or individual containers and smooth the surface slightly.
- 3
In a small bowl, mix the 30 g of protein powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener to taste to prepare the ganache.
- 4
Add the hot water gradually, stirring after each addition, until you achieve a thick but spreadable cream. Do not add all the water at once to prevent the ganache from becoming too runny.
- 5
Divide the ganache over the oat bases and spread it with the back of a spoon until evenly covered.
- 6
Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour, or leave them in the refrigerator overnight if preparing them for the next day. Serve chilled.
