  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 300 g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 60 g Chia seeds
  • 60 g Vanilla protein powder
  • 200 ml Milk (Plus 1 tbsp in volume measurement.)
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 1.2 tsp Oil
  • Flaky sea salt (As needed, for finishing.)

Steps

  1. 1

Place the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, and milk in a container. Stir until smooth, then transfer to the refrigerator to thicken.

  2. 2

    Blend the strawberries until smooth.

  3. 3

Divide the strawberry purée among three jars.

  4. 4

Once the chia pudding has thickened, divide it among the three jars, spooning it over the strawberry purée.

  5. 5

Melt the dark chocolate together with the oil.

  6. 6

Pour the melted chocolate over each jar and finish with a few flakes of sea salt.

  7. 7

Return the jars to the refrigerator until the chocolate has set. They are ready for breakfast over the next three days.
