Ingredients

  • 240 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 100 g pearl couscous (dry weight)
  • 100 g edamame (shelled)
  • 200 g cucumber (cucumber)
  • 100 g avocado (flesh only)
  • 60 g julienne carrots (shredded carrots)
  • 40 ml Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • 40 ml soy sauce (soy sauce)
  • 10 ml sesame oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp ginger powder (ginger powder)

Steps

    Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder together in a bowl.

    Marinate the diced chicken in the mixture for at least 15-30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the pearl couscous according to the package instructions.

    Heat a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

    Cut the cucumber and avocado into desired pieces.

    Divide the cooked pearl couscous between two bowls.

    Add the cucumber, julienne carrots, edamame, and avocado to the bowls.
