Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olives (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp brine from olive jar
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- smoked paprika (1 pinch, or to taste (optional))
Steps
- 1
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Set the egg whites aside on a serving platter.
- 2
Place the egg yolks in a small bowl and mash them thoroughly with a fork.
- 3
Stir in the Greek yogurt, white vinegar, chopped dill, feta cheese, finely chopped olives, olive brine, and garlic powder. Mix well until the filling is combined and relatively smooth.
- 4
Spoon the egg yolk mixture into the cavities of the egg whites, or use a piping bag for a more decorative finish.
- 5
Sprinkle the tops with a pinch of smoked paprika.
- 6
Refrigerate the deviled eggs until ready to serve.
Notes
For the best presentation, use a piping bag with a star tip to fill the egg whites. These can be made a few hours in advance and kept chilled in the refrigerator.
